Fresh Tuna with an East Asian marinade

A wonderful way to enjoy fresh tuna.


For one large fresh tuna steak. 
1- In a bowl mix: about three centimetres of fresh ginger root grated, a tablespoon of sesame oil, two tablespoons of soya sauce and the juice of one lemon.
2- Place the fresh tuna and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3- Cook in a pan with the marinade, turning it over once and cut in small cubes or slices to serve.
I served it with broccoli toped with the cooked marinade (once the tuna was done) and some sesame seeds, and Basmati rice cooked with raisins and a little bit of turmeric.
