Banana pancakes

Sharing our breakfast this morning – banana pancakes!

1- In a large bowl mix the usual ingredients for pancakes: one and half cups of sifted flour, two teaspoons of baking powder, a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of honey, one and half cups of milk, one beaten egg and two tablespoons of melted butter.
2- Mix well and let it stand for at least 15 minutes.
3- Just before starting to cook the pancakes, mix in thoroughly one large crushed banana. The pancakes come out fluffy and a little thicker than plain pancakes. Enjoy!
