Fresh tuna with turmeric

Our Sunday lunch – tasty and so healthy! I served it most simply with fresh mango and Baguette, topped with fresh mint.
1- Marinate a fresh steak of Tuna for about 30 minutes, in a sauce made of: olive oil, lime (or lemon) juice, turmeric and grated fresh ginger root.
2- Cook in a pan turning it over only once.
3- To serve, cut in cubes or as is. It is nice accompanied with white rice as well. Don’t forget to sprinkle some fresh mint!
