A wonderful summer dish full of colours and flavours!
1- Marinade a fresh tuna steak in lemon juice, olive oil, fresh grounded pepper, coarse salt, a little bit of cumin and grated fresh ginger root, for about 20 minutes.
2- While it marinates, cook pasta of choice al diente.
3- Place the tuna in a pan and cook turning it over only once.
4- To serve: place the pasta in individual plates, place some tune cut in cubes, fresh strawberries, Parmiginano shavings and top with fresh basil.
