This is how we have hamburgers at home!
1- Mix high quality lean ground beef with some French Dijon Mustard (one large tablespoon for about 300 gr of meat). Make little burgers, about 5 cm in diameter.
2- Cook in a pan without adding any oil (the meat’s fat will help it cook) on a medium fire, turning the little burgers over only once.
3- Cut a baguette in pieces so that the burger will fit. Spread avocado on the bottom side, place the burger and sprinkle with fresh mint. That’s it!
4- You can add any other toppings you may want such as tomato, or Chile Chipotle, or any other. The mustard in the meat and the mint give it a nice flavor, so actually even plain it is rather good.
