Little tomato and Parmigiano delight

A wonderful little treat for a light dinner or appetiser.

I used little bagels, and you can use English muffins or baguette slices.

1- Spread some Dijon mustard on the bagels or bread of choice.
2- Top with thin slices of tomatoes, one leaf of fresh basil and Parmigiano Reggiano shavings.
3- Place under the broiler for five to seven minutes.

4- Serve immediately.
