Delicious with just the right combination of citrus and sweetness.
For one Tuna filet
1- Cut a fresh Tuna filet in large cubes. It is easier to cut fish filet when it is almost frozen. Cover each cube with a little bit of sesame seeds.
2- Put a little bit olive oil in a pan, and place a yellow lemon cut in slices. Fry gently for about 10 minutes.
3- Add the Tuna cubes and cook on low fire turning the cubes once the side down is slightly brown. Make sure the inside stays red.
I served it with Basmati rice with raisins and broccoli.
