Flan aux pommes

A delicious Flan aux pommes inspired by this recipe from Cuisine et Vins de France.


1- In a large bowl mix on medium speed: three eggs, 225 gr of sifted flour (one cup and three quarters), 30 gr of melted butter (two tablespoons), 100 gr of powdered sugar (half a cup) and a little bit of vanilla.
2- Add slowly half a liter (two cups) of cold milk.
3- In a buttered and floured baking dish, place three apples cut in slices.


4- Add the egg batter and bake for an hour at 195 º C.

Tip: It is much better served cold the next day!
