Banana and apple muffins

It is sports day at my son’s school tomorrow, and to share with his classmates and other parents, I just made these savory and most tender muffins.

1- In a large bowl, mix one and half cup of sifted flour, two teaspoons of baking powder, half a cup of brown sugar, two beaten eggs, one cup of heavy cream and 40 gr of melted butter. Mix well.
2- Add either one normal sized banana crushed, or, as I did here, four little sweet bananas (“dominico”). Mix once more.
3- Add one large apple cut in very small cubes. This time mix with a large spoon. Do this at the very end so that they don’t sink at the bottom of the mix.
3- Place in a muffin baking pan and bake for 25 in a 175 degree C. oven.
