Fraîses à la crème – tout simplement!

The simple and healthy way to make strawberries and cream.

Just whisk one tablespoon of sugar for two tablespoons of heavy cream. Whisk until little bubbles appear and serve with fresh strawberries.

I like to use brown sugar, so I just put a little bit less than a tablespoon.

Tip: you can wash the strawberries and prepare them ahead of time. Just add a few drops of lemon to the last rinse, pat dry and keep covered preferably in the fridge.
