A little Sunday afternoon treat – these little Apple muffins are delicious!
Try them, you will be surprised at how moist and tender they come out. And the recipe is easy and fast.
1- In a large bowl, mix one and half cup of sifted flour, two teaspoons of baking powder, half a cup of brown sugar, two beaten eggs, one cup of plain yoghurt, half a cup of milk and 50 gr of melted butter.
2- Mix well then add two to three apples cut in very small pieces. Do this at the very end so that they don’t sink at the bottom of the mix.
3- Place in a muffin baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 175 degree C. oven.
