Simple chocolate brownies

My little five years old has a slight cold today. So we stayed in and I made chocolate brownies to warm his heart, and mine. I hope it warms your heart as well!

1- In a bain-marie, melt 200 gr of high quality unsweetened chocolate with 100 gr of butter.
2- In a large bowl, mix at high speed four eggs with half a cup of brown sugar. (if you use regular granulated sugar, use a full cup). Mix until the color turns lighter.
3- Change the spatulas of the mixer to the ones used for dough, and add two cups of sifted flour with one and half teaspoon of baking powder. Blend well.

4- Add the chocolate and pour into a prepared baking dish (buttered and dusted with flour). Bake for about 30 minutes in a 180º C oven.
5- Let it cool thoroughly before serving. Enjoy!
