A most delicate fish recipe, with a slight East Asian flair. The crisp of the sesame seeds, and the tang of the lemon and ginger mix, are sure to enchant your palate.
1- In a pan, placesome olive oil. Fry for about five minutes some grated fresh ginger root and a lemon thinly sliced. Take out the lemons once they start changing colors, and set aside. The aroma at this point is divine!
2- Cover white fish filets with sesame seeds and fry in the same pan, turning them over only once.
3- Serve topped with the lemon slices, accompanied here by Basmati rice with raisins, and avocado.
